Terms of Service

Effective Date: December 26, 2025

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://cliont.com and related services (the "Service"), operated by Cliont ("Cliont," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. Cliont provides a platform that allows individuals to submit contact information and a description of a legal issue so that the information can be shared with participating legal professionals. Cliont is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal services. Cliont does not provide legal opinions, recommendations, or representation, and use of the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and Cliont. Any attorney-client relationship, if formed, is strictly between you and a legal professional you independently choose to contact. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit through the Service, and Cliont does not verify, validate, or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of submitted information. Information submitted through the Service may be shared with legal professionals for the purpose of responding to your inquiry. Cliont makes no guarantees regarding whether an attorney will contact you, the quality or suitability of any legal professional, or any legal outcomes, eligibility, or results. You understand that contacting an attorney through the Service does not guarantee representation or a favorable outcome. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, not to submit false or misleading information, and not to interfere with the operation or security of the Service. Cliont may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms. All content, software, trademarks, and branding associated with the Service are owned by Cliont or its licensors and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," and Cliont disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cliont shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and Cliont's total liability shall not exceed one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you paid to Cliont in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cliont from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your submitted information, or your violation of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Cliont may update these Terms from time to time, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. For questions, contact [email protected]
